A suitcase up to 25 kg in the hold and hand luggage in the cabin — no extra charge.
Can I travel with a child?
Yes. A child travels in their own seat with their own ticket. Child fares are being confirmed.
How do I return a ticket?
In “My tickets” or through support. Full refund if you cancel 48 hours before departure.
How long does the border take?
Usually 1–3 hours. This time is already included in the schedule and trip duration.
Where do I board?
The exact address, a photo of the stop and a map are in your ticket and in the email after payment.
